  • Antenatal Education Courses - suitable from 24 weeks onwards, spaces limited, booking essential.

  • Postnatal Yoga Classes - recover post birth, strengthen and restore, practice with your baby by your side.

  • Women's Yoga - perfect for all women, especially mothers. A time to practice for you, recharge and develop fitness through yoga.

  • WiggleBums & WiggleKids - fun and exciting yoga, story and sensory for pre-schoolers & primary school children; happening in venues, nurseries and schools.

Booking is essential. By booking in you are agreeing to our terms and conditions and privacy policy. We do not share emails or personal info with any other unauthorised third parties. To cancel any classes, just log in via 'My Account' in the top right of the timetable - you can manage all your bookings there. Unfortunately we are unable to accept cancellations by email or text. Classes missed will be charged as if attended.

The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming and Kate adapts the class according to your needs. My husband would always comment on how well and refreshed I looked after a class. The breathing techniques we practiced were fantastic for relaxation during pregnancy and then helped me through my labour without any medication at all. Kate Anderson

Kate has been practicing yoga daily for 15 years, and teaching for LushTums since 2013. She credits yoga with maintaining her fitness, strength and mental wellbeing throughout her life and her own journey into motherhood. Kate teaches pregnancy yoga and postnatal yoga classes as well as birth preparation courses. She is also a fully qualified RYT 200 yoga teacher and restorative yoga teacher.

Sarah Harding

Sarah is a mum of 2 and has practised yoga for over 15 years, enjoying it for both it’s physical and emotional benefits. Qualifying as a LushTums yoga teacher in 2014 has allowed her to have a positive impact every day on the lives and experiences of pregnant women and their partners, postnatal women, and babies and more recently children too through her WiggleBums & WiggleKids classes.

Preparing for Birth and Baby - full antenatal course.

Our popular 6-hour course covers everything you need to know about preparing for labour and birth, baby care and feeding, plus also the fourth trimester - how to care for yourself during the first few months after birth, and the safest ways for postnatal ladies to get back into shape after pregnancy. 

In collaboration with Beacon House family therapeutic centre, a child and family clinical psychologist will also be joining us to talk about the importance of attachment and bonding with baby, both during pregnancy and through the early stages of parenting.

Nourish Your Bump - Yoga and Nutrition Workshop

In this workshop with limited spaces there will be a 75 minute yoga practice and relaxation specially tailored for pregnancy. You will enjoy refreshments and then look at fantastic foods to include in your diet for optimum health for you and your growing baby.
