Kate Anderson

Kate has been practicing yoga avidly for the past decade, and credits it with improving her fitness, physique, well-being and general happiness. Kate feels really strongly that practicing yoga throughout her own pregnancies helped her to remain fit, capable and confident - and the breathing and birthing techniques that she learned really helped when it came to labour too. Now a mum of 3, Kate joined LushTums in 2014, and teaches both pregnancy yoga and postnatal yoga classes. She is also a fully qualified yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance and is trained in restorative yoga teaching.

Sarah Harding

Sarah has practised yoga for over 12 years, which she has found makes a huge difference to both her physical and emotional well being, plus general fitness levels. After doing an in depth ‘Scaravelli inspired’ teacher training foundation course at the beginning of 2012 which massively developed her personal practice, she decided she really wanted to share her much loved passion with others. This was not meant to be, as she decided to focus her energy on a long awaited pregnancy where she combined her personal practice with the Lushtums classes. When the opportunity arose to do a course and become one of the very first Lushtums teachers, she felt this was a great chance to be part of making other women’s lives easier and much more comfortable in pregnancy and birth.

Welcome to LushTums Mid-Sussex

You’ll find a range of classes here to help you be healthy and fit during pregnancy, informed and prepared for birth and safe and supported as a new mother. Our teachers provide nourishing and active classes in stunning venues across the area. Use our timetable to pick a session time and location that suits you and then press 'Sign In' to reserve your space - bring cash along to pay your teacher directly. Be sure to arrive 5-10 mins before class to get yourself settled and so we can start on time.

New to yoga? That's ok! Classes are for complete beginners to expert yogis. Everyone is welcome. Wear comfy clothes you can move around in, bring a bottle of water. If you have any other questions at all, get in touch.  We'd love to hear from you. according to your needs. My husband would always comment on how well and

fantastic for relaxation during pregnancy and then helped me through my
labour without any medication at all. I had a much easier labour this time
and I am sure that this was to do with my mental state, breathing techniques
