Sarra has practiced yoga for 5 years and has seen and felt all the benefits of practice, both physically and mentally. It played a hugely important role during a difficult time in Sarra's life when she went into labour early with her daughter Isabella Grace. Breathing, calmness and being mindful were all wonderful techniques which helped support her during this time, and this has given Sarra even more passion for yoga, babies and birth.
This passion helps Sarra empower women and guide them through their amazing journey. She believes practising yoga during pregnancy provides a much needed space for mamas and their babas, and looks forward to helping you to achieve this.
Sarra is now a proud mama to gorgeous Oscar, and really looks forward to sharing her knowledge of pregnancy, birth, mothering and yoga with you all on the mat soon.

You’ll find a range of classes here to help you be healthy and fit during pregnancy, informed and prepared for birth and safe and supported as a new mother. Our teachers provide nourishing and active classes in stunning venues here. Use our timetable to pick a session time and location that suits you and then press 'Sign In' to reserve your space - bring cash along to pay your teacher directly. Be sure to arrive 5-10 mins before class to get yourself settled and so we can start on time.
New to yoga? That's ok! Classes are for complete beginners to expert yogis. Everyone is welcome. Wear comfy clothes you can move around in, bring a bottle of water.
