You’ll find our nourishing and active LushTums classes help you be healthy and fit during pregnancy, informed and prepared for birth and safe and supported as a new mother. Use our timetable to pick a location and session time that suits you and then press 'My Account' to reserve your space - bring cash along to pay your teacher directly. Be sure to arrive 5-10 mins before class to get yourself settled and so we can start on time.

New to yoga? That's ok! Classes are for complete beginners to expert yogis. Everyone is welcome. Wear comfy clothes you can move around in, bring a bottle of water. If you have any other questions at all, check out our FAQ If You're New page, or get in touch.  We'd love to hear from you. Katie Stockdale

Katie is a Pregnancy Yoga teacher, Hypnobirthing practitioner and mama. Inspired by a journey of self discovery in pregnancy and early motherhood, her aim is to empower other women in a nurturing environment and help them learn about their wonderful bodies! Yoga has been a part of her life for several years and was invaluable to her pre and postnatally. Her classes will focus on preparing body, mind and spirit for birth.

Amy Conochie

Amy is a yoga teacher and mum to a 9 year old boy. She has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and teaching since 2014. She has a very calm relaxed approach with a strong focus on breath and alignment.
Following her own experience of labour and childbirth and recently being present at the birth of her nephew, Amy has experienced and witnessed first-hand the extraordinary benefits of yoga throughout pregnancy and during labour, most notably the power of movement and the breath to calm and reduce the experience of discomfort. She is a strong advocate for women being tuned in to their minds and bodies during this incredible process of pregnancy and birth and encourages women to believe in the amazing capabilities within themselves.

Marianne Koshoni

I’m Marianne, globe trotter, jam maker, photographer, snap chatter and mother to a bundle of energy that is my son! I believe in the importance of ‘you time’, for mental, physical and spiritual connection.
I draw on my personal experience of pregnancy and my passion for yoga and meditation, to offer an environment of support and nourishment.The classes are more than yoga. They are 90 minutes of connection, womanhood, motherhood, identity and awareness.  I am really grateful for what i do and i am excited to be part of this amazing journey with you.

Sasha Szczepanski

Sasha is a pregnancy yoga instructor, reiki practitioner and mother to two young children. She has practiced yoga for over 10 years and and is a firm believer in the healing and transformative power of breath. Having practiced yoga throughout her own two pregnancies, Sasha attests to the power of the practice to provide a valuable toolkit of strength, tone, and emotional wellbeing throughout pregnancy, birth and beyond.  Sasha’s pregnancy yoga classes are designed to help women feel at ease and empowered during this most magical time of their lives.  Based in South London, her classes focus on birth breathing, toning and flexibility, relaxation, and practicing gentleness towards oneself.
