Meet Your LushTums Teachers:
I’m privileged to be LushTums Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga Teacher and IAIM trained Baby Massage Instructor with a background including midwifery and public health nursing. Pregnancy and motherhood are a wondrous journey with joys and challenges; through yoga and baby massage classes I see women develop physical and emotional strength and resilience for pregnancy, birth and beyond.

Jaina is a 200HRS Registered Yoga Teacher and expert Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga Teacher & Antenatal Educator, qualifying with LushTums in 2016. She is passionate about promoting the benefits of yoga and understanding the science behind why yoga is for everyone. You don’t have to be bendy, stretchy or strong, you just have to be you!

With Suzanne - A beautiful way to develop your bond with your baby, learn more about their individuality and support their development. Runs as a 5 week course. Book your place on the timetable.
