Mama's Self-Care Quest


As mums we can so easily put you on the back burner, wiping ourselves out. 

This quest will rewrite anywhere that no longer serves you, enabling you to:

  • Listen and act on your needs before burn out

  • Happily ask for what you want when you want it

  • Happily put yourself first when you need to

  • Eat the right types of food and drink that will nourish your body and your mind

  • Be calmer and more relaxed

    Start to think about the ways you stop yourself from giving the self care and love that you need day to day.  Where do you feel that in your body? What kind of feeling is that feeling? Bring your focus of attention to these places when I ask you in the Quest.
