Postnatal Yoga Training
Our contact hours take place over 3 long weekends, over a 3 month period. Enabling you to teach Postnatal Yoga, Mum & Baby Yoga and Women’s Health Yoga with a focus on pelvic floor and core recovery and strength strategies. This in-depth approach enables you to offer 3 kinds of classes and if needed you can receive on-going support and mentoring to help you launch & grow your business.

We specialise in small group learning to ensure you get the most out of your training. Please note if dates scheduled are not possible for you, we also run trainings and CPD as 1-2-1s so we can schedule in additional dates to those advertised here. Get in touch for more info.
Open to all Yoga, Pilates, Exercise, Movement and Dance Teachers Teachers; and anyone who has already completed LushTums Pregnancy Yoga Training; or LushTums 100hr, 200hr or 300hr Yoga Training Courses.
