Having been an advertising exec in London for two decades, I found true love when I had my first child in 2005. Another decade of being a dedicated birth and postnatal doula followed, along with two more gorgeous loves. I then upped sticks to move to ‘the country’ and now live on a little farm in East Sussex. Having dabbled in yoga for most of my life, but claiming to “not be able to be still in the moment for that long”, I then found a fabulous yoga teacher who showed me how and didn’t look back. I am truly passionate about supporting women through every type of pregnancy, birth and the gift that is motherhood. And I can now even be still for small amounts of time!
