Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training
Train to Support New Mothers ~ These are my favourite classes to teach. Let me show you how.
Join our online 100hr Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training and learn to teach safe, supportive and accessible classes that help new mums recover from birth and adjust to life with their baby. You'll be able to offer group classes for mums with babies from 6 weeks to around 10 months, as well as personalised 1:1 support and even a Beyond Postnatal class for the mums to continue practising with you once their babies are on the move.
Training takes around 3 months to complete but you have a whole year if you need to take your time. Afterwards you are welcome to be part of our wonderful community of teachers ~ receiving on-going support and encouragement for yourself, whilst helping mothers at such a transformative time.
Why Teach LushTums Postnatal Yoga?
We understand that every mother is on her own journey of recovery and adjustment after birth. Our classes support that recovery physically, mentally, emotionally and through providing community. Whether babies are born vaginally or via a c-section, the road to recovery and confidence needs to be traversed tenderly and appropriately.
Our training enables you to teach:
Mum & Baby Postnatal Yoga Classes (from 6 weeks postnatal)
Beyond Postnatal Women's Health Yoga (once babies are on the move)
1:1 postnatal support sessions
No previous training or yoga qualification is necessary ~ we give you everything you need.
Why Train with Clare Maddalena?
Over years of teaching thousands of mothers, Clare has developed an array of asana, flow and practices to support healing and a return to fitness whilst engaging with babies to foster connection and bonding.
Clare's classes even magically manage to include a usually quiet 15-20 minute savasana where even the babies drift off! Don't bring more chaos to new mums and their frazzled nervous systems — learn how to bring the calm.
