Antenatal Education - Prepare for Birth & Baby

Join us for this very special ‘Preparing for Birth & Baby’ programme, where you can meet other expectant people and learn everything you need to know to help you on your way. You will learn how to fully prepare for labour and birth, how to thrive with your newborn and what self-care means for parents. Ideal for first time parents and also suitable for parents wishing to have a refresher.

Limited space so booking is essential. We recommend that you book early (anytime after 12 weeks) to avoid disappointment and plan to attend the course from 24 weeks onwards. We are so delighted to welcome you to LushTums and introduce you to your local teacher, Claire Walby-Kettle.

Meet Your LushTums Teacher in Swansea

Claire Walby-Kettle

Claire is based in Swansea and over the last 10 years has run a holistic, nurturing and love filled programme supporting families from bump to birth, from baby to toddler, and on to preschool. This well-known and well-loved programme is called Babylove.

Claire is super passionate about supporting mums and parents-to-be; having worked with families for over a decade, she has seen first-hand how having community around you and being properly informed can really helps us become the best parents we can be.

Growing on from Babylove, Claire’s antenatal classes are called Mamalove, and will be chilled, relaxed and friendship filled! Through a variety of classes options, Claire will fully empower and help mums-to-be (and their birth partners) on their journey to parenthood.

Everyone who attends Claire’s antenatal education classes are automatically invited to join special weekend Baby Brunches, where you get to meet other new parents and babies as they arrive; all helping to continue building a wonderful Mamalove community of Mamas and Papas!
