Our teachers come from all walks of life and a variety of professions. We all share a passion for supporting women (and birthing people) through pregnancy, birth and life as new mums! Everyone here has completed their LushTums Teacher Training Courses to a Standard of Excellence and we are delighted to be a part of their journey.

    Clare created LushTums back in 2007 after the birth of her first child and seeing how beneficial yoga was to her own pregnancy, birth and motherhood journey.
