This 100hr (3 month) ground-breaking Teacher Training enables you to deliver active and nurturing Pregnancy Yoga classes specifically designed to help prepare expectant mothers to feel supported and enjoy their pregnancies ~ while rehearsing in their bodies, minds and hearts for labour, birth and life beyond.
We understand every person in our class is different. We give them all the information they need to make their own best, informed decisions. Why LushTums!? What Our Trainees Say . . .
“My life has completely changed since training with LushTums. I have now been teaching for over 5 years and my classes are well established in the local area. My confidence has grown and I now run weekly pregnancy, postnatal yoga classes along with regular birth workshops.
Since my training I know more now about all things birth and baby than I did when I qualified as a midwife! It’s really cemented what I already knew and driven my enthusiasm to keep learning more.
I feel very lucky that this is my job and that I get to work with so many wonderful women, and provide a safe space where they feel seen, heard and acknowledged at a time when they can feel vulnerable and anxious.
It has also allowed me to find that family work life balance and work to suit myself and be there more for the kids!”
