Hi, I’m Candy, a mum of three and part time intensive care nurse. I have enjoyed yoga since the age of fifteen. Whilst pregnant with each of my children I participated in LushTums pregnancy yoga classes and found it extremely beneficial. It inspired me to teach and I am passionate about empowering women during pregnancy and into motherhood. Join me for classes in Chichester.
