WELCOME

Hello, welcome to LushTums in Abergavenny. I'm Laura and I'm a mum of 3 boys, Harry 13, Ethan 4 & Reuben 2. I qualified in 2019 in Pregnancy Yoga and Postnatal Yoga in 2021 and since having my 2 young boys I've been on my own postnatal journey and I'm excited to be launching my classes in Abergavenny and sharing with you everything that a Lushtums class has to offer.

My classes are designed to prepare you mentally, emotionally and physically for birth whilst supporting you through your own unique journey. You don't have to be experienced in yoga to join my classes; beginners welcome. I tailor each class to every individual that comes to the mat and will guide you through your practice meeting you where you are at right now on your journey. Please just come along as you are, I can't wait to meet you.
