Pregnancy Yoga & Birth Preparation Classes

Learn how to breathe, move and relax - helping you overcome common pregnancy aches and pains and fully prepare for birth and in body, mind and heart. We recommend starting from 15 weeks if you are new to yoga or exercise. Those with previous yoga or exercise experience may start earlier, just let Thea know before you arrive, or check with your midwife or GP if you are unsure. By joining Thea’s friendly, relaxed classes, you will feel the benefit! Enjoy a lush relaxation at the end of class to help you get a better night’s sleep! Classes are also a great way to meet and connect with other mums-to-be in your area. Booking is essential in our popular classes.

Postnatal Yoga & Women’s Yoga

Meet Your teacher

Thea Abbott

Thea has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and is a qualified LushTums Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga Teacher. She is mum to two small boys and felt the benefits of pregnancy yoga in both her own pregnancies, inspiring her to teach and help other women on their incredible journey into motherhood. Any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch!
