Everyone is welcome to our Pregnancy Yoga classes, designed to help you prepare for labour and birth with confidence. With nearly 20 years’ experience and tens of thousands of mums taught since 2007, LushTums combines tried-and-tested birthing techniques with yoga practices tailored to your needs.

When to Start

  • Ideal from around 15 weeks, once you’re safely through your first trimester

  • Practice up to full term — or beyond if overdue

  • If experienced in yoga or exercise, contact your teacher to start earlier, that’s all good!
