Birth Fear & Birth Trauma Support – 3 Step Process
Sometimes birth doesn’t go how you hoped — and that can leave you feeling overwhelmed, scared, anxious, or stuck long after your baby arrives. Our Birth Awareness 3 Step Process supports mums and birth partners who are struggling with fear before birth or emotional reactions after birth.
Is This for You?
You might benefit from this if you:
Felt out of control, overwhelmed, or unheard during pregnancy or birth
Experience flashbacks, intrusive thoughts, anxiety, or difficulty relaxing
Struggle with sleep, fear, or hyper‑vigilance
Feel low, numb, or find it hard to move forward
Are panicking about birth or feeling stuck in fear before delivery
These reactions can be signs of birth trauma — and you don’t have to manage them alone. (For more info you can look at - Birth Trauma Association.
