Birth Fear & Birth Trauma Support – 3 Step Process

Sometimes birth doesn’t go how you hoped — and that can leave you feeling overwhelmed, scared, anxious, or stuck long after your baby arrives. Our Birth Awareness 3 Step Process supports mums and birth partners who are struggling with fear before birth or emotional reactions after birth.

Is This for You?

You might benefit from this if you:

  • Felt out of control, overwhelmed, or unheard during pregnancy or birth

  • Experience flashbacks, intrusive thoughts, anxiety, or difficulty relaxing

  • Struggle with sleep, fear, or hyper‑vigilance

  • Feel low, numb, or find it hard to move forward

  • Are panicking about birth or feeling stuck in fear before delivery
These reactions can be signs of birth trauma — and you don’t have to manage them alone.

  • You receive an audio recording to keep

2. Session Two
