We recommend starting from 15 weeks if you are new to yoga or exercise. Those with previous yoga or exercise experience may start earlier, just let Sam know before you arrive, or check with your midwife or GP if you are unsure. By joining Sam’s friendly, relaxed classes, you will feel the benefit! Enjoy a lush relaxation at the end of class to help you get a better night’s sleep!
