Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training
Train to support new mothers ~ these are my favourite classes to teach ~ let me show you how.
This 100hr (around 3 month) training gives you everything you need to teach safe, supportive and accessible postnatal yoga ~ helping new mums recover from birth, adjust to life with their baby and feel held by a community along the way.
Enquire Now See the InvestmentNearly 20 years training yoga teachers ~ over 150 teachers qualified with LushTums so far.
We understand that every mother is on her own journey of recovery and adjustment after birth. Whether babies arrived vaginally or via caesarean, that road back to recovery and confidence needs to be walked tenderly and appropriately ~ physically, mentally, emotionally and through real community.
This training enables you to teach Mum & Baby Postnatal Yoga classes from around 6 weeks postnatal, Beyond Postnatal Women's Health Yoga once babies are on the move and bespoke 1:1 postnatal support sessions. No previous yoga qualification is necessary ~ we give you everything you need.
Why Train With Clare Maddalena?
Over years of teaching thousands of mothers, Clare has developed a whole toolkit of asana, flow and practices that support healing and a return to fitness while engaging babies to foster connection and bonding. Her classes even manage a genuinely quiet 15-20 minute savasana ~ where the babies drift off too. This training is about learning to bring calm to new mums and their frazzled nervous systems, not adding to the chaos.
"LushTums Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga training has been a joy, and completely life changing. An amazing addition to my motherhood journey with so many benefits to me personally and professionally. I felt fully supported throughout and inspired in this new area of work." Marie Hanley, Pewsey & Andover
