Easing pelvic girdle pain
Simple tips for PGP / SPD in pregnancy
Pelvic girdle pain is common but not normal, and it's treatable. This one-page sheet brings together the tips I've shared with the mums-to-be in my classes for 20 years: small everyday changes, gentle moves and when to ask for help. Pop your email in below and it's yours.

Positions to avoid
The everyday positions and movements that tend to make PGP worse, and what to do instead.
Moves that help

You don't have to put up with it
If you think you have PGP, ask your midwife or GP to refer you to a women's health physiotherapist. They can assess you and give you specific guidance and exercises for your own unique case. The sooner you get support, the easier it usually is to manage.
