Sometimes a class isn't quite enough. Sometimes what you need is someone in your corner ~ someone who will sit with you, listen properly and help you work out what needs to change.

I offer two deeply personal ways of working 1:1, both rooted in nearly 25 years of experience supporting women through some of the most significant moments of their lives.

Whether you're navigating the everyday ~ burnout, sleep, weight, perimenopause, a body that doesn't feel like yours any more ~ or working through something more specific around birth or motherhood, these sessions offer a protected, unhurried space to go deeper.

Both are available in person here in Brighton or online. Both are entirely tailored to you.

Wellness 1:1s

My 1:1 Wellness sessions are open to any woman who feels like she's running on empty. Whether you're burnt out and exhausted, struggling to sleep, carrying weight that won't shift, navigating the symptoms of perimenopause or menopause, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself and unsure where to start ~ you're in the right place.
You don't need to be pregnant, postnatal or even a LushTums regular. You just need to be ready for something to change.  
In our sessions we'll look at your whole picture together: energy, sleep, nutrition, weight, mood, movement, habits and the harder-to-name things underneath. I bring nearly 25 years of experience in yoga, wellness, doula work and women's health ~ and a great deal of warmth and honesty ~ to every session.  
This isn't therapy. It isn't personal training. It's the kind of support that used to exist in communities ~ a wise woman in your corner, helping you find your way back to yourself.

Birth Trauma & Fear — The 3 Step Process 

The 3 Step Birthing Awareness Process works with anxiety, overwhelm, intrusive thoughts, phobias, flashbacks, low mood and birth trauma. It has helped thousands of women ~ and their partners ~ release the emotional weight of a difficult birth and move forward with confidence. Based on the work of Mark Harris, it uses proven techniques that have even supported war veterans in recovering from trauma. In the right hands it is remarkably gentle and remarkably effective.
When birth doesn't go as expected ~ or when fear of birth is stopping you from feeling ready ~ these bespoke 1:1 sessions offer a gentle, effective way forward.
If you experience any of the following, these sessions could help:

~ Flashbacks or intrusive thoughts about a previous birth
~ Difficulty relaxing or sleeping
~ Fear or dread around an upcoming birth
~ Low mood, anxiety or depression following birth
~ A sense of shock or feeling that things were out of your control
