Jaina is a 200HRS Registered Yoga Teacher and expert LushTums Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga Teacher & Antenatal Educator. A regular yoga practitioner herself, she qualified in 2010 with Yoga Haven and in 2016 with LushTums. Jaina is passionate about promoting the union of body and mind through each practice and by learning breathing techniques and postures to improve physical and mental well-being. Yoga is her life and she is extremely passionate about sharing all the benefits with you. Come and join Jaina at one of her classes in Greater Manchester and Cheshire.

You’ll find a range of classes here to help you be healthy and fit during pregnancy, informed and prepared for birth and safe and supported as a new mother. Mixed gender yoga class are also available. Our teachers provide nourishing and active classes in stunning local venues. Use our timetable to pick a session time and location that suits you and then press 'Sign In' to reserve your space - bring cash along to pay your teacher directly. Be sure to arrive 5-10 mins before class to get yourself settled and so we can start on time.
New to yoga? That's ok! Classes are for complete beginners to expert yogis. Everyone is welcome. Wear comfy clothes you can move around in, bring a bottle of water. Mixed Gender Yoga Classes
This class is suitable for all levels and is also tailored to meet your individual needs – women and men are all welcome. Classes are creative and varied using all aspects of yoga practice – leaving you feeling calm, whole & complete – ready to go back and face the world again!
