Hi everyone,

I have been a yoga teacher in London since 2019, and more recently a Pregnancy Yoga graduate with LushTums in 2022. Inspired by my deep connection to pregnancy yoga during my own pregnancy, I love the introspective awareness that pregnancy can cultivate, and enjoy constantly learning and sharing about this special time in a woman's life. I feel very privileged to be able to walk with other mothers on this special journey and look forward to welcoming you to my LushTums Pregnancy Yoga classes soon!
