About Our Online Antenatal Educator Teacher Training

• This 100hr ground breaking Teacher Training enables you to deliver informative, educational and down to earth Antenatal Education specifically designed to help prepare expectant mothers and their birth partners for labour, birth and life with a newborn.

• We understand every birth is unique and every women is different. We give people all the information they need to make their own best, informed decisions. Research shows us that being central to the decision making process is key to us feeling more positive about our birth experiences in the long term (and importantly, avoiding trauma)

• Training starts with a welcome and introductory session online via zoom. You will then be given access to pre-recorded sessions sharing key course content with you. You also receive access to our Resource Library numerous recordings of various classes and discussions to support your learning.

• We suggest you spend 2-3 weeks immersing in the content before beginning your assignments. Participate in follow up Tutorial Q&A sessions, receive on-going support and mentoring via a private What’s App group and have a zoom wrap up session to draw everything together.

• Once completed you can offer LushTums ‘Preparing for Birth & Baby’ Antenatal Education Courses to expectant parents in your community. These might be spread over a monthly course for each group, retreat weekends away or one-off day intensives. There’s lots you can do with the content so get creative!

We will share with you rich and in-depth teachings along with the latest in evidence-based scientific research and studies to ensure you are at the leading edge of this specialism.
