  • "I was a bit worried about coming to class after my c-section but everything was tailored to all our needs. I even ended up doing more than I thought because my baby slept for some of it! "

  • "A highlight of my week! So nice to be back in the studio with friendly faces. Everything's welcome so coming along when we haven't slept much and need a reset has been invaluable!"

  • "Just what every new mum needs. What I love most is how inclusive it is - all postpartums welcome whether you’re 6 weeks or 6 months postpartum. Babies are totally welcome and Clare is amazing at helping you modify poses if baby needs a cuddle/feed mid-class. You leave feeling stretched, stronger, and way more connected to your body again. And the community vibe is lovely - no pressure, just support. Highly recommend if you want movement that actually respects where your body is at after having a baby."
