Why LushTums?

Created by LushTums founder, Clare Maddalena, in 2007, after the birth of her first baby, the LushTums method fills the gap! It blends traditional yoga and hypno-birthing practices, adds an empowering and fresh approach to antenatal education and actually helps you train your nervous system and body to prepare yourself for giving birth.

We offer a COMPLETE approach to nurture and support throughout your pregnancy, birth and motherhood journey.

All our teachers complete our in-depth, FEDANT accredited Teacher Training so they can share the LushTums method with you! If it has a LushTums stamp on it, you know you are in safe hands.

We have played a crucial role supporting thousands of women during pregnancy and motherhood; not only providing fantastic education and well-being classes, but also by creating community; we are the original “Bump & Baby” Club!

All our content is accredited by FEDANT ~ the leading body for midwifery and antenatal education in the UK ~ and our founder Clare Maddalena is a registered Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals. Giving us the two highest mark of excellence in this specialism.
