Prepare for Birth & Baby

This pioneering Antenatal Education Course was carefully created by LushTums founder, Clare Maddalena (Senior Yoga Teacher, Antenatal Educator and Doula).

Currently delivered over 4x Tuesday evenings (6pm-8.30/9pm) in the welcoming local cafe space, Starfish & Coffee (Queens Park, Brighton) (or via online 121s upon request).

The course is fully accredited through FEDANT, the UK’s antenatal education & midwifery body and includes all the information you need to help you:

  • Prepare for Labour & Birth - what happens, when and all your birthing choices

  • Thrive in the 4th Trimester - healing post birth and adjusting to life with a newborn,

  • Baby Care, Sleeping, Feeding, Visitors, Parent Well-Being & More, 

  • Baby First Aid with special guest teacher for Baby First Aid from Daisy First Aid.

  • Plus lovely opportunities to connect with other parents and parents-to-be and make friends at the Brunch Meet Ups.

Investment - £280 per mum-to-be (birth partner goes free); includes attendance at all 4 educational sessions (around 12hrs of education), plus 2x brunch meet up invites!

  • With 2x Brunch / Walk Meet Ups arranged during the course
