Courses run every January, March, May, July, September and November.

Fully accredited by FEDANT - the UK’s antenatal education & midwifery body - includes ALL the information you need for labour, birth and life with your newborn. Plus lovely opportunities to connect with other parents and parents-to-be and make friends at the brunch Meet Ups.

£280 per mum-to-be + birth partner includes attendance at all 4 educational sessions (around 12hrs of education), plus 2x brunch meet up invites!

All courses run over 4x consecutive Tuesday evenings from 6pm - 8.30/9pm (please arrive 5mins early to get settled) at Starfish & Coffee, Brighton.

  • Week 1 & 2: Prepare for Labour & Giving Birth

  • Week 3: Prepare for Baby & Thrive in the 4th Trimester

  • Week 4: Baby First Aid

  • PLUS: 2x brunch invites & a private WhatsApp group for on-going connection and support.
