My process is thoughtful and completely tailored to you…

My 1:1 sessions are open to any woman who feels like she's running on empty. Whether you're burnt out and exhausted, struggling to sleep, carrying weight that won't shift, navigating the symptoms of perimenopause or menopause, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself and unsure where to start — you're in the right place. You don't need to be pregnant, postnatal or even a LushTums regular. You just need to be ready for something to change.

In our sessions we'll look at your whole picture together: energy, sleep, nutrition, weight, mood, movement, habits and the harder-to-name things underneath. I bring 25 years of experience in yoga, wellness, doula work and women's health ~ and a great deal of warmth and honesty ~ to every session.

This isn't therapy. It isn't personal training. It’s not a diet! It's the kind of support that used to exist in communities ~ a wise woman in your corner, helping you find your way back to yourself.
